The internship program of the Computer Engineering Department aims to provide its students the opportunity to gain work-life experience in established companies and organizations. During the internship, students apply engineering principles to real world problems. All students in the Department of Computer Engineering are required to accomplish 60 bussiness days of internship during the 4-year education life.  There are two internship programs one for the summer of 2nd year, one for the summer of 3rd year and each should be at least 30 bussiness days.

By completing the program, the students will be able to

  1. Apply engineering principles to real world problems
  2. Improve their skills and knowledge of the profession through long-term training
  3. Discover their points of interest and start preparing for their careers
  4. Complete a computational project that addresses global issues or contributes positively to the society
  5. Combine insights from academia and business world
  6. Foster the collaboration between academia and the private sector
  7. Gain international work experience by doing internships abroad
